در جريان مراسمي که از سوي هنرمندان براي زلزله زدگان بم در محل سينما قدس تهران برگزار شده بود، دستخط شعر جديد سيمين بهبهاني در يک حراجي به مبلغ يک ميليون و 400 هزار تومان فروخته شد و اين مبلغ به زلزله زدگان اهدا شد. متن شعر جديد سيمين بهبهاني که در مورد زلزله بم است بدين شرح است:

گفت‌وگو با تختي

تختي سحر شد، برخيز! صبح از كران سر برزد

باز اين فلك مي‌چرخد، باز اين زمين مي‌لرزد

در سكر رؤيا راهي، تا گور تو طي كردم

بر خوابگاهت دستم، انگشت غم بر در زد
